1st Line Support Technician
Leeds LS12 2LB - Full-time, Permanent
We require a 1st Line Support Technician for our IT Support team.
This role would be within our IT support team whereby you would be the first port of call and friendly face/voice for our customers when they are facing issues with their IT systems or a basic issue with a FileMaker solution our Software team have developed.
Full training will be provided but any IT experience will be a bonus.
Duties to include:
- Creating support tickets received via email, Skype, Teams or phone call on to our internal tracking system.
- Interpreting, diagnosing and recording details for issues reported.
- Fixing various IT issues remotely where possible or onsite.
- Fitting replacement parts as required in an electrostatic safe environment
- Keeping customers up to date with issues raised and part turnaround times.
- Performing audits onsite to ensure the information we hold for supported computers/network equipment is up to date.
- Excellent customer service skills, enthusiasm and motivation.
- Full manual driving license.
- Interest in technology
