Who we are

“We” or “us” means Clockwork Creative Technology Ltd, a registered limited company (number 03541972 ) whose registered address is Unit 5, Armley Court, Armley Road, Leeds, LS12 2LB.

The purpose of the Policy

This policy sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us.

Who this policy applies to

This policy applies to both Service Users and Web Visitors except as otherwise stated for interpretation, the following words have the following meanings:

“Service Users” any recipient of our services, whether it be directly provided by us or indirectly through a third party associate, such as users of our software development services, training services, consultancy services, users of our repair service, users who purchase goods and services from us.

“Website Visitors” anyone visiting our websites.

By contacting us, using our services, or visiting our websites you are accepting and consenting to the practices described in this policy unless you inform us otherwise and we agree in writing to a variation of the Policy.

Information we collect from you

We may collect and process the following data about you:

Information you give us.

You may give us information about you by filling in forms on our websites or by corresponding with us by phone, skype, email etc.

This includes information you provide through the use our websites, social media platforms, enter a competition, promotion or survey, and when you contact us.

The information you give us may include your name, address, email address and phone number, employer, financial information and personal description information about your device(s) and serial numbers.

Technical information, (including the IP address used to connect your device to the Internet, browser, operating system and platform), products you viewed or searched for, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information and any phone number used to call our customer service number.

We also work with third parties (for example, analytics providers, and search information providers) and may receive information about you from them.

The information we receive from these third parties will be information that they have collected from you.

Service Users only

We may receive information about you from third parties such as your employer. When that data is collected from you, you should be informed by those third parties at that stage that it may be shared internally by us and combined with data collected from multiple sources.

How we may use your information.

We use information held about you in the following ways:

We will use this information to provide you with the service you have requested or optimise the user experience when interacting with our websites.

Your information will be considered “opted out” from Email marketing as default.

You agree that we can share your personal information with our suppliers and sub-contractors for the performance of any contract we enter into with them to allow us to provide services to you, and only where they are under a duty to deal with your personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulations

This includes, but is not limited to, sharing your personal information with Apple Inc. for the repair service of products.

We will disclose your personal information to third parties:

• In the event that we sell or buy any business, in which case we may disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business.

• If we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our terms of use or terms and conditions of supply of services and other agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Clockwork Creative Technology, our customers, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

Where we store your personal data

The data that we collect from you will be stored in the UK.  By providing us with your personal data, you agree to this storing and/or processing. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.

Data Security

Information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers or on secure servers operated by a third party.  The transmission of data via the internet is not completely secure. We do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our websites; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we have strict procedures and security processes to try to prevent unauthorised access.

Websites cookies

We currently do not use cookies in any of our websites.

Your rights under GDPR

• Be Informed: The right to know what we do with your data and why.

• Access: Access to your personal data that we hold.

• Rectification: If you believe the data we hold on you is inaccurate.

• Erasure: Remove your data that we hold that we are not obliged to hold by law.

• Restrict processing: Under certain conditions you can request that we restrict the processing of the personal data we hold on you e.g. retain data for us to provide particular service to yourself but not use the data for email marketing.

• Data portability: We will provide your data request in a structured, commonly used and machine readable format.

• Objection: You can object to how we are processing your personal data.

Data retention

We will not store your data for any longer than is necessary.

Children & Education

We do not intentionally store any personal data of Children under the age of 16 and we will remove any data immediately if we become aware.
